I have a small question so for the quality of video to be optimal i need to record in 340x240,the minimum res for mugen?
Because up to now the videos i`ve made are recorded in 500x400,although they don`t come out really good as i expect sometimes...

Well that one works also...although i believe fr33dom87 did a video exactly like you did before...

recording in 320x240 allows you to record in 30 fps.
