I was looking in internet and found a comic of Lincon travelling around time and fighting Hitler. Whats up with his yellow glove?
Other than that, would also say make sure he is in scale with other MUGEN chars. He seems a bit short right now.
What are you thinking in terms of moves?

The yellow glove is because it is part of his armor. Moves? I dont know, a laser blast, a combo a hit the end with an uppercut and also trowing his hat like MJ
