Okay well, sort of. It's got rugal sprites, but he's dormammu from MVC3.

Someone needs to make sprites for this. I may do it. maybe. However If I was gonna make sprites of doramammu for mugen.. He'd be a 6 button character..

This is a really fun one, I like the default button layout too, it matches my UMvC3 layout.
