Both could use Spiderman, maybe Iceman for a few parts, but the movie and modern versions would need a jacket.

I think Toad could use some more movement on his cheeks when he is about to launch his tongue (like when you have your mouth full)
You could get some ideas from Omega red tentacles, and Ruby heart crounch hard kick (its a wip)
