I dont see anything in the readme that would suggest this is stolen really, the author had it on his website for christmas and took it down after that, it even says; "if you can still get this from some place else, then good"

But this guy obviously didnt relese it so im moving it to lost and found

It's the same guy that was posting Rikard stuff on the release section using mediafire or esnips links...

That may be, but check out the readme, it seems like the author gave the ok for something like this.

wouldnt this techinally be considererd warehousing

Not if concent is given in the orginal readme by the orginal author.

How can you say this is the original read me ? It can be changed very easily, isn't it ?
So, how can we be sure this is not warehousing or not ?

Cuz this guy was never smart enough to change readme's in the past, so i doubt he would have now.
