Only thing missing is the hurricane kick and he only has 1 getting hit sprites but everything that is required is in here. enjoy. if u code him give credit.

no. i want people to have him that's all. never abandoned the sheng long one if u mean. i plan on coding goutetsu in late april.

Did you make all sprites of this character (if so, how long did it take to finish them)? 
I'm just curious to know...
