This tutorial will help you on how to extract sounds from PS1 and PS2 games. Also i thank Sena for helping me out with the Sound problem on. ;)

You need to download this file and put it in C:\WINDOWS\system

Oh yeah if people have this problem you need to go to this link and download the ForceASPI program. Just click on the words download and it should start downloading. This will not mess up your computer.You can use the actual disc (like me ;D)

Here is what you do. If you have opened the zip or rar file with winzip you can go to the option 'checkout' which will produce a seperate file within which is the setup .exe file. I wouldn't worry about a BAT file - just run the exe file and that should install the aspi file you want. If you are not using Winzip then this is probably not much help I'm afraid but other zip extractors should have similar options.

are you familiar with winrar options? Because I can't find anything that mimics what you speak ofHere is a pic of Winzip.

You see the file that says "check out" press that and it should compress all the data into one file. Then when you are done press the exe in the folder you just made and it should install. The .exe says WOWsomething

uhhh how do you work it for MUGEN cuz MUGEN don't play WavThat's strange since SND files are full of wav files.
but yeah use a converter. Go torrent or something.

Actually ACE you don't have to buy a new computer. You can just get a external DVD Drive. All you have to do is insert the external into a usb port and you should be able to do anything even rip and burn cds and dvds.

@ Fr33dom87: I know that. This computer is a piece of crap anyway. I really dont want to get an external driver when I can get a new comp and fix more than just one problem. Its no use adding wings to a brokedown building. I can still rip PS1 sounds so Ill be aiight.All right man.

Psound can also be found at randomselect I think. And You can also alter the sample rates in wavepad. ;)

Also I can't seem to find the music in Gundam Battle Assault. I've only found the announcer sounds and the Robot sounds. I'm going to be rippins sounds from Spawn pretty soon.
