Title: Rikuo Custom MVC2 Update

The experience is the same but with several fixes and some updates.

* Fixed conflict with mystical zvitor
* Removed some old code that gave problem
* Cheap KO Added
* MVC Combo Screen added
* MVC2 Hyper Portrait Style
* Submerged Mode vs. Namor copied from zvitor aquaman
