Having a fourm is a really hard thing to get even active and started. Usualy someone has to have a reasion why to join, like its connected to a website, and or some really intresting topics or people.
Now i doubt any one knows who you even are, I dont know who you are. Its not very likely that you will get people to join, and even though you appologized it would be largely due to that little spat when you got no one to join.
Not trying to be an butt, just realistic.
