Title: First time creating a stage for Megaman: Robot Masters Mayhem

It is a generic stage. Meaning, this level doesn't belong to any character.

Not sure what name to give it, but its some kind of base with fences that overlooks the sea.

I just hope to contribute as much as I can to this project. :)

And yeah, if you all agree this stage to be Dive Man's stage, then its Dive Man's level then.

I'm still searching for the music for this stage... guess I'll just used back the same music.
