Update :

Fixed an issue with medium punch not working if holding up.
Fixed an issue with some moves not working on palette 6.
Dynamite Destroyer DDT variant now yells DDT.
Wheel Kick can now be preformed in the air.
Added AfterImage to some hypers.
Changed the hitboxs on a few frames for the wheel kick.
Lowered the Y velocity of enemy for the Cyclone hyper a little.
