well i updated her sprite to get rid of the ugly black outlines and i'm pretty happy with how she turned turned out.
That looks great.  I never did like that outline either.  It only made her sprite look more out of place in later games with her 2d sprite.

I'm gonna be honest, I don't see much difference in your Morrigan and the original one outside of having a green outline in her hair

You're right,  as i said in my post i got rid of the ugly black outline.  That was really the only thing that bothered me about her sprite was the hair.  so i made the black outline green and added some shading to it.  that and made her eye green instead of the shade of purple it shared with her stocking.


I see you also updated the training stage as well.

Yeah i decided to go with a Hex grid dome.   It took a lot of trial and error to get the effect i wanted with it.

So, Beximus, is there anything new to report?

Well, I was going to wait till i had more of devilot finished before making a video.  I've been splitting my time between characters, stages, music looping, the game's interface and screencapping potential new characters.

in the last two months, i've completed Ken, Ryu, im mid way through Leo, Most of Zangief is completed.  Anakaris is mostly done except he won't be finalized until every other character with a projectile is completed themselves.  Rolento is half done.  Guy is mostly done.  Eagle is about 80 percent done.  Felicia just needs some tweaking on her sounds and tag team coding.  Mukuro is around 70 percent done.

I've been jumping around different characters so unfortunately nobody is quite ready for video.  But i'll try and get one up soon

Awesome! so in a way he's like the Rogue of Capcom. I need to ask this... what plans do you have for the shotos?

In vampire savior Anakaris had a move where he would burn freeze and shock a character while turning them into midnight bliss forms between each element.  It was a level 3 super.  I instead combined his level 2 and 3 into 1 super for my game.  The Pharaoh magic super in my game burns, shocks, hits the opponent with a stream of meteors, petrifies, poisons,freezes, pretties them, before finally cursing them and then crushing them.

Li-Kun(creator of CvS Hinata) is helping him make the sprites. You can see them on page 5 or 6 i think.

Well right now i'm making a list of concepts for all the characters midnight blisses and curse forms.  midnight blisses only need one sprite and curse forms might be easier to make.

Hm Well, So far the roster looks like this:



I'd like to add Zero from TvC,  And my friend is begging me to make Fiona from Haunting Ground, he's been a fan of the game for almost 7 years now.  I told him though that you already have fiona in your game.

I'm also planning hidden characters that you'd be able to select by going off the select screen and inputting a certain command.  Almost like a combination of Rival Schools 1 and MVC's hidden characters. 

I actually do have a topic there, I just havent posted in it in a very long time.

I'm glad to hear it,  I think your project is going to be a big hit, there's a lot of original characters in it.

If you know anyone who can make character cameo's small animations and such, can you let me know?

Woah Beximus before u fill those last two slots I must ask a question where is Zero or Megaman Zero?
