I finally had the permission from Nestor to re-code the character, so I would like to show you guys my progress, big big thanks to Cyanide and MGMURROW for the guidance, and my apologies for tricking you guys into believing that I was working on a male character but I know you won't mind Gomen ne

Again, this character is not yet complete and is not 100% MvC accurate, but I will be working hard on Fiona so that I may release her really soon. :Terry Let my know what you guys think, cheers!

Yes, I made sure I got Nestor's permission first so people won't think I originally programmed the character. I could not have done this without him and Team Sinhra. ^:)^

Before I download, what all did you change specifically? Did you change/add/remove any moves?
Hello buddy! I'm sorry but this Fiona is not yet available for download.
The video pretty much says it all, my friend. :Terry But if you don't like to watch it, here are the things I've done to her;
- changed all get hit sparks, sounds and effects to MvC styled ones.
- changed the hitdef of the doll toss and Debilitas attack to make it close to the MvC playstyle.
- modified the luminescent and riccardo attacks into one.
- modified the mine attack and the mandrake attack as well--added new effects for the mandrake.
- Hewie can now attack the opponent one more time after biting them.
- added effects for the majority of her moveset.
- removed most of her hypers; cowgirl, whip, frog and tweaked her Panic Attack hyper.
- added a new hyper combo, the E.E.E. (planning to change the move's name into False Alarm though :-j )
- changed her voicepack into Ms. Elsie Lovelock's version (she's a VA who did Fiona Belli impersonations in her YouTube channel).
I am pretty close to completion! I will release her pretty soon!
