looks so clean, but in his intro, he has the Buster on the right arm, and then appears on the left, I understand that the problem of "ambidextrous" characters exists from the beginning when sprites are used, but perhaps at least in the intro you can flip the sarcophagus sprite.
It is a small fault, easy to solve, but when the fault is small it is because there is a lot well done, it looks great, from the best jobs.

I have a couple things in mind for power sets but I haven't given it to much thought yet.  I
One idea was to try and come up with a different way to use Stoneman's wall weapon.  (Which Gutsman currently has as a power set weapon.)

Thanks for the idea.  Some sand attacks would be a good idea and fitting.  I'm not familiar with Naruto.  I just looked at the character in a video quick.  I can mimic and do some of the hand/arm gestures so we can do some of that stuff.  It's added this to my to do list.

A trap and a curse move would fit him really well.

Take a look at the boss fights agains Anubis Necromancess in the Megaman Zero games, he's got some nice stuff that could be used.

The pillars or sand could be used.  I'll toss the sprites into my folder.  :)

I now have all 18 basic attacks completed. 
I'm going to work on the blocks next, then make additional get hits and knock backs.

All of Pharaoh's basics are now complete. 
I also flipped the sarcophagus sprite.  Good eye Tyrannosuarex.

I'm now making the Rmm required sprites.  The Dodge, Slide, Weapon Change, and Push Blocks.

I wonder if it'll be appropriate for him to think that he's a gods' descendant even though being a robot. Something about pyramids' curse can work. Lines about opponent hurrying to his own tom or mummification... Something about Ra's powers, maybe saying about praying to him ^:)^ Or even giving Sphinx's riddle  :-??
He is intelligent robot on a good guys' side, but still proud one and with egyptian gods' influence making him feel empowered...

Those are excellent idea's.  Please try and come up with a couple sample lines using those ideas for a intro or winpose.  A riddle would be excellent too.

Then I'm sure Pharaoh man can say something when he comes at you with a Hyper like this..

The other big question is what show Pharaoh man sound like?  Something with a gurgle to his voice?  Perhaps make him sound scary and reminiscent of Lord Zedd?

Other then a winpose I would like to try and make Pharaoh man's sprites are now completed.
I also have a voice actor for him.

If anyone has dialog ideas to fill 14 slides for Pharaohman's ending I'd love to hear them.   :thumbsup:

I like Pharaoh Man.

Depending on the game and the official artwork Pharaoh man's hand arm varies in color between yellow and white.  In Megaman 4 it was yellow.  My choice was to make white like he appeared in Power Fighters.  I liked how that looked best.   ^^(PM)^

That yes, but you may recolor his chest and buster parts of arms to some completely different colors and that'll give possibility to have all his looks as palettes... Just saying @^@
Though I do agree this fits him best and should be default choice :thumbsup:

Yea I probably should have done more color separation while I was spriting him but I didn't.
It wouldn't be to hard to recolor the hand, arm cannon, and chest.  It would just take a bunch of time.  Perhaps one day.

Both of the creators making Starman and Sparkman are unfortunately no longer working on the characters.  Perhaps one day someone will make full characters.  Currently, to my knowledge, there's no plans and no one is working on it.  Perhaps one day someone will decide to make one of these too.
Starman does have a cameo in the Dr. Wily character.
Sparkman currently does not have a cameo..

Pharaoh Man is going to be pretty good to have on the project, though a lot of the characters that were previously on it didn't turn out that way at first... CrashMan and Airman had nonexistent AI, Hell, the latter still has that problem somewhat, but it isn't anything that can't be tweaked over time. I can't wait to watch this robot master in action, and keep things up.

Both Crash Man and Air Man had AI on the last release - Air Man is even very aggressive

Here is the first preview of Pharaoh Man, for the project "Mega Man Robot Master Mayhem". He lacks some of his weapons and 2 of his hypers, but all the rest are pretty much done, including his AI.



I still need to polish somethings here and there, like the riddle win pose time.

Very nice. I enjoyed watching some of the animations in the video.
The block/push back with the eye (of horus?) is very cool and the use of ranged/sliding attacks is a fresh take for Mega Man gameplay. I got a couple of thoughts, let me know if they work:

- the standing projectile attack doesn't feel like coming from his arm cannon, but from his body(?). I guess the idea is to have some sort of backhand animation, but the timing for the projectile looks a little bit off - probably because of the pink color in the beginning of the animation. I think a small blurred effect with the same color arrangements in the arm cannon could ease this. It might be YouTube artifact though.
- all projectile attacks could use a tiny muzzle flash in the arm cannon.
- sand effects in the sliding kick?
- there's some sort of crouch uppercut punch (1:38) that could use tweaks in the blur section of the sprite, it may work with different color arrangements, but it's very off putting in white-grey, like Cyclops blur effects sometimes look weird for the character overall sprite work.
- the grab+kick could use one more sprite with a little bit of overstretching in the impact; it shouldn't be very hard, just repeat the sprite with the arms and legs in slightly different positions.

Its a mix of two things - the music on that stage is a bit too loud and the voice samples were recorded too low. I still need to improve all the levels.

I'm glad I went back and color separated the chest and wrist. 
I was very close to color separating the gray on the body/thighs and arms.  I just didn't have it in me to go through the sprites again at this time.  Definitely next year.. :)
