Since we are now using Win Quotes, it would be a cool idea to add some
character specific win quotes.I've made a tutorial for it long time ago:

I could try to add it for the 3.0 release, but I would need help. How can you help?
- Open any of the characters which has winquotes and see if they fit against someone specifically.
- Post here the quote index (for example, victory7) and against who it should be used.
You can suggest new quotes against some characters, but please don't overdo it, like adding a quote against every single character, ok?
Some quotes which could be cool are:
- If the characters has any relationship, being rivalry or other thing (Ice Man has a crush for Roll, no?)
- Some chars could say something if they win against Mega Man or Wily (some chars already has some voice lines if they win against wily)
I can't promisse I will add it for this release, but I can try.
