That head looks oddly resized and quite static, not to mention it has a different set of shading and colors than the rest of the body. You might want to make the head seem more consistent with the body (or vice versa) and refine it a bit, so it doesn't looks so squary. While you're at it, you could also make his head animated.

one idea is green with pants and the other is with no pants with a new head, i havent added the symbol yet, im not good at spriting, so im trying to learn

i have the sprite sheets and ive been frankenspriting to make new stances and attacks etc.
