This M.U.G.E.N. will include all KOF characters ranging from KOF '99 til KOF XIII including God and fan-made characters.
The character roster has 1,154 playable characters.
Some characters has the same name but the AI and moveset is different.

Must have been a lot of work searching for a random screenpack and all those "KOF" characters to put in your compilation.

Screenpack for character selection screen and vs screen was based on Millionaire Fighting, edited it vastly though. The character compilation took me the most time, but anyhow, as long as I managed to finish the game is all that matters.

The game seems cool, but I HATE MEGA. I need to wait for it to download the file and THEN i can download the file to my PC. Thats because i will not play that game :/

Already downloaded and extracted. New problem: The game doesnt open in the current resolution and I cant edit the mugen.cfg I want to give it 800x640 but its impossible to edit the mugen.cfg.
Any hint?

the mugen.cfg was set to 'Read Only'.
To edit it, right click on mugen.cfg, select Properties, and uncheck the Read Only, then click Apply.
Now you can edit the resolution that suits your PC ;)
