I see people mentioning Deathstroke, but I did find a version of him some time back, in a Mortal Kombat style.  Not saying he's amazing (not the least because only the black side of his mask faces the player), but he does exist.

A Samus Aran that plays like how she was in her games. You know how Omega Zero and Ultimate Zero (made by N-Mario and Bluecross, respectively) played exactly like how they did in their original game (i.e. move and attack on their own free will)? Maybe that for Samus. Be able to move around and face any direction. Fire beams in any direction. Switch to missiles, etc. That would be awesome!
