Its a damn shame it took a fan to create a way better megaman related game than capcom this time....

thats f*ckin sad seriously...

It makes a lot of folks go a lot harder creating certain mugen games or emulators of their own for PC

Pretty cool how a fan's project is now official thanks to CoA. I'm also glad that he showed his project off to them and not CoJ. They probably would of told him to stop progress on it once they first saw it,

It is actually a good idea, just see that Doom 2 mod with megama characters.

No, its not. FPS is never a good idea

He have a WHOLE generation of games based on that. This is exaclty what I hate on the current gen.

Take XBOX360 control pad for example. Those triggers could be cool for FPS, but they are terrible for all other types of games.

yeah right now, shooters are running the show in gaming, there are floods of them and you got Bioshock infinite on the way.....dang.. fighting games are making a comeback but there does really need to be a good side scroller. i think a solid megaman sidescroller with updated graphics but still nostalgic feel with a a tad of retro would be a good mix. If they decided to make one like that then the next fan argument would be who they chose to represent ole megs. This game has retro written all over it and would be kinda cool to play...even tho it may border what Uncle Illu got with Megaman : 8 Bit of Destiny but still cool game to try. It would be cool if Capcom gives us something good thats as well actually from them.

I'd have no problem with them attempting a Megaman FPS, especially if they kept the visuals cartoony and anime. That might be the breath of fresh air both that genre and this franchise need.
