Ibuki Version 1.4 , from the Opensource Ibuki by Reza, in MvC EOH style and a stage for her.
Update 1.4b in form of Patch.

Sweet! I've always thought Ibuki rocked, but I suck at SF3. Now maybe I can actually put her to good use.

I'll be keeping my eyes open for the update (and Huitzl's, too).
