thats an edit. plus he is cvs not mvc. download beximus's for mvc style and warusaki3's hayato for cvs style gameplay.

Soul Hayato was an illegal version, stolen & tampered off of someone else's Hayato. You can't get that online.

I recomment Beximus' Hayato, which you can get at www.mugenhistory.com.

Beximus Hayato is fine,if you want a the MVC1 style on a MVC2 char.
If you want a more MVC2 Hayato,pick up the one by nabeshin,hosted at Trinity Mugen.You can select if he has strikers or not and 4 or 6 button mode before fight
