Bottom line, we all know efex's work. If we see something similar to his sprites being used, we will all ask questions and we will compare. I agree with Excursion, those are efex's sprite works and nobody has the right to just take them and do whatever they want with them. Just email efex and talk to him if you are interested in using or basing char on his sprites, if he says no then respect his wishes. This topic should be locked cuz there's nothing more that needs to be said.
