Well The Pacifier (Wolverine edit) isn't exactly F1 proof. He just losses health and before the match is considered victory he comes alive and kills you to make it a double k.o.

You need to have Debug mode enabled. Press CTRL + D to enable it. You'll know it's on by the writing at the bottom of the screen

u probably dont have ur debug keys on they allow u to use all the special keys including f1
