Have you even checked his website?usually japanese creators leave their email for you to reach them...

In reality, I've contacted to drowin before.
At the time, I was new in mugen. I needed drowin's Ichigo Kurosaki so bad, but the character wasn't available in anywhere, so I e-mailed him (I didn't know this is taboo to do to other creators) for the character, and gave me one (I was surprised that he e-mailed me back!).

I like drowin's characters. Now one of my favorite drowin characters is Uino. I hardly download female fighters (except Capcom and SNK), but I downloaded this character. If I make my own website, I wanna contact drowin again....

a mugen creator that made a drawn ichigo folder name itigo and vash the stampede....and i can't remember right now but some of his creations have gone offline but you can still get them using Internet archive....same way i obtained Byakko's joe

His hand drawn Itachi Uchiha is pretty interesting. He even gets tired from using the sharingan too much. He has MvC hyper portraits and all.
