How can I make the character cells in the Select Screen smaller?

So, I'm a MUGEN Amateur and I've started creating games since two weeks now. I have this MUGEN project I'm working on called "Marvel Ultimate Fighting", and in the final version, there should be 104 Characters. Problem is, there's not enough space on the Select Screen for 104 cells. So when I want to make them smaller, all the cells stays the same size, only do they all get on top of each other. I've did some research and apparently, I can't make them smaller because the default MUGEN screenpack doesn't minimize the character art, so everything is a mess.

Then two solutions:

1: I find a way to mimize the character art in the cells myself, but how do I do?

2: I find a Marvel Screenpack with enough cells, but I looked it up, there's nothing for me. But if you do know a 1.0 screenpack I could use (At least  92 cells in a rectangle formation), send it my way.

3: Even if I'm an amateur at programming, I could program myself the "character art minimizer" system myself, but like I said, I'm an amateur, so could someone explain me how to do it?

So if you can help me in one of these three ways, I'd be grateful, infinitely grateful, if you lend me a hand over here.
