How can i get my Mugen to load faster on start up?

Hello i have one last thing i wanted to ask i realized my Mugen loads/starts up very slowly after the logo scene is played (logo is not the problem) it takes forever to get to the intro of the game how can i speed my Mugen up?

P.S. I already enabled Speedup in the Mugen.cfg file and that didn't work.

It could be that you have too many characters loading, also there are options do buffer characters and data (pre-loading), you could try reducing those...
(Most of that is in mugen.cfg, P.S. Make sure your UnloadSystem = 0 (if it is at 1 it will increase loading time between system screens))
