Not sure if Maya will return, wasn't she from the past? If this takes place in the future, Maya (as well as Tusk) would have to time travel.

Don't forget Kim Wu, and yes... the KI2 newcomers come from the past. Time travel perhaps would be involved.

If everyone returned to their own time, then I highly doubt the fighters from the past will make an appearance.

Yeah i guess if the majority of the original KI crew comes into to play then maybe only certain KI2 characters may make a presence if was popular enuff.

Cool, Chief Thunder was my best character back in the day. Followed by Orchid and Jago. I personally like the new look for Glacius, he looks updated and more modern? I guess.

Ya, I was just about to add that here. I like what they've done with Thunder. Also like that his name is now just Thunder, not Chief Thunder. His old name sounded too stereotypical, new name is much cooler.
His face kind of lacks a bit of personality, IMO. Probably from all the war paint covering his head. Anyway, glad to see another character from the game.

Saw that video a couple days ago on another site... Visually she looks like she'll fit in with KI. As the rest of KI, she looks like a cross between SF and MK.

Ya, we'll need to see more on how she plays before judging how she works. I was a bit surprised to see some of her moves in the air??? KI isn't know for doing air combos. I wonder how this will impact the gameplay.

I'm still a little confused, but I won't be buying any next-gen systems yet, till there's a significant price drop. Thus, I can keep an eye on how KI turns out before considering trying it out myself.

KI is a digital title, which Microsoft appears to have rushed the development process in order to make it a launch title, I see why the roster is so small. I don't think the price is bad either, especially being a next-gen game and offering more content to come. I have said before I like small rosters, though 6 or 8 does sound small. Personally, I always considered 12 the ideal number for a playable roster. Seems just the right amount for me.

I think the most positive thing here is, even though KI seems to be getting a rough start, we're being promised more characters and potentially this could also mean multiple story lines/modes. I am a little annoyed at Microsoft for using this IP as their guinea pig for new ways of offering digital titles and pricing models. KI deserves a little better than that, man. Though it seems Double Helix is working their butts off to give the best KI gameplay they can. That's encouraging.

There's word out there that they're planning to do character rotations for those that are sticking with the Free trial.

You'll be able to try other characters besides Jago.

Hey, that sounds cool. Hope they go that route. Maybe every time a new season comes out they'll do that or maybe make one more character playable.
