Where to get MakeACT?

If this is supposed to be in the Request section, sorry in advance. Anyway, At Random Select, I heard that MakeAct (a program that makes an act file by doing stuff with pcx files) is made by Neogouki, and is available on his site, but the link leads me to some other guy's site, and I couldn't find it there. So, I went to Neogouki's site and still couldn't find it. So, does anyone know where to find it?

Crap. Malware scan coming on my pc now. It came from my DC char template. Try to see if you can get makeact with the dc char template by buyog here:

Unzip the dc template and search for makeact inside the folder.

I downloaded the char template, checked the DC section, wasn't there. Oh well, thanks anyway!
