For her uppercut, you should make her hand into a fist.

Otherwise the other sprites look excellent

Sprites resized by code, fine, is that on a per move basis or you have some move that allows you to pick size? clsn boxes don't scale with angledraw so i'm hoping it's per move.

As far as I know, only move where she changes size is Crouching Fierce Punch

default scale is 0.5,

to fews moves, she will change size, to do that i will make her attack invisible (no sprite) but with clsn, + one explod to make resize effects, then will check in game if clsn of invisible attack fit with explod.

explod with ignorehitpause, bind -1 and remove if get hit + remove explod if change state at statedef -2

If more people study and researched b4 starting a project. They could use those to the fullest. To bad many dont use them at all period.
