Not sure what you mean. What seemed off to you.? Also remember that frames are dropped when making a vid as well.

A Red Lantern Cat... and yeah, Probably..
unless you're playing as Servbot or one of those Chibi-characters..

I've adjusted his Hit Strength to compensate for the fact that he's hard to hit..

Yeah, like I said before it's definitely just the video dropping frames.
Batzarro's love for this character is like unparalleled, and the sprites he has created (all scratch by the way) are truly amazing.

I can't wait for the release so all of you can see the wonderful work he has done.

Rewatched the vid and I think you're right the get hits on characters I know have fine anims (Scruffy chars) look choppy so it looks fine.

I can't imagine he'll be more annoying to beat than my current midgets.

More fun to use anyway.
