I know he has an intro where he's his normal form then transforms, but is there an outro like that where it's reversed

Well techincally if you add more frames anything will look more fluid. It's just that you have to find a stoping point some where. If a typical puch is going to last about 25 games clicks then in theory you could make 25 frames for it, but I figure 4 frames may be enough.

Agreed 4 is good. But if you want out to be more fluid then you need 4 more sprites. Those sprite would be diagonals. You currently have front back and two sides. You can get away with just those 4 but why sidle for good when you can be great.

Sure i work slow but sprites are hard this what is left is two specials and two hupers   >o:-( and intros and win poses.

Yeah, but there is something you are missing, something me, Zvitor and Acey knows: If you add too much frames, you won't have as much required frames from the p2. We need to relies on Mugen's required sprites to make that move, or it would need a custom action to EVERY char he fights.

Its doesn't works like that, sorry.
