In my humble opinion, he should be that tall. We already have too much characters out of proportion (like almost every one being of the same height).

If someone made a Big Centaurman just like that, fully sprited I wouldn't say no.   ;)

My time has been spent working on Rmm as a whole.  But since the 1st release I have gone back to my Geminiman wip that I haven't worked on in quite some time.   :)

Hulk is not a good comparsion. There are many sizes of Hulk:

To be honest we shouldn't stress much about this, since outside the obviously big guys (Gutsman, Hardman, Stoneman, Frostman) the bosses looked bigger mostly because of system limitations (can't have as much detail in a sprite the size of Megaman). Megaman 6 is the only game which gives actual measurements.

Personally, I kinda want multiple difficulty levels. Honestly, I think it makes no difference now, and some of the character's A.I. is more aggressive and cheap then some fighting game final bosses! Namely Crash Man, Fire Man and to a lesser extent Toad Man. It really hard to change weapons as Air Man and Proto Man seemingly lacks them entirely. Fire Man's stage doesn't have any music at all. Also, perhaps a character based off Copy Robot/Megaman? could be added, or if a character if fighting themselves (Or Mega Man is fighting Rush) then the copy system could appear. Or both. Copy Robot would have red eyes and a scarf (A combination of all of their appearances) and maybe their weapons could be based off fortress bosses (Like a Yellow Devil spitting move, a Mecha Dragon stream of flame, etc...)

Also, I beg of you, REMOVE THE STUPID TOPS THAT STAY IN PLACE AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO DO ANYTHING AND MAKE IT AN INSTANT GAME OVER IF YOU FIGHT TOP MAN IN ARCADE MODE

All the characters will receive a better AI. Some easier, some harder.

You mean Topman's top trap, which stays in place? Sorry, but no. It was intended to work that way. I saw many videos of poeple beating TopMan, so its not impossible.

Protoman's faulty power core prevents him from having the 6 Powerset Weapons.  His ending and one of his winposes makes mention to it.   ;) ;*))
If you download the un moleboxed version of the game the music will work for Fireman's stage.  The mole boxed version is not updated with that one fix yet.

Couldn't shake the idea off my head...  :cool

I tried some bases... Casshern's dog Friender (Tatsunoko PS1), Ravange's horse/like half (Red Earth), Strider Hiryu's robot tiger... heck... even Robot Unicorn Attack. Naturally, nothing really worked.

Ravange's half can be resized and traced over and looks pretty spiffy as half a base for crouch stance and attacks.



I have no idea how the animation would end up like :D

The power battle version is to small.  He would need to be bigger.

Here is the power battle size in comparison to Megaman.
 

This is the sprite I made for him a long time back, using the power battle sprite as a base..


Here is my sprite size in comparison to Megaman MVC.  Honestly, I think he could still be taller. 

Edit:
If I ever tinkered more with sprite I made I'd try to enlarge his lower half some and his legs next.  Then I'd probably get the height I'm thinking.


Maybe use Motaro from Mortal Kombat as a base character. he is a good size character on screen.
Megaman weould be the exact size like in power battles against him..
