The costume itself looks fine and in film it probably looks a lot better. The head though (especially the way the face looks in the gear) looks f*cking stupid.

This is a movie adaption of Captain America so I don't expect it to follow his storyline in the comics. The costume looks fine to me, because I know it could have been worse, and I'm sure his helmet will take some getting used to. My biggest complaint would be the stunt doubles face, because it looks too "thick".

To be honest, his costume looks lame anyway.

And he does have wings, on his helmet.

I actually really like that costume. But then again, this film is probably going to take place in WWII most of the film.

Looks that way. Thats a pretty nice looking replica of a 1942 GM field bike that the American scouts used in the war. I actually like the bike a lot more than the costume.

well if the movie is gonna take place in WWII, shouldn't wolverine and sabretooth make a cameo in the movie.
In the comics they did fight together in WWII. i.e. canada allying itself with USA and other UN forces
