I here ppl say this a lot but I've never herd it coming from Commandos mouth? How do you make him say it? Does he even say it? My friends is making a Commando for mugen and wanted to add that to the things he says, he cand find the "wav" I've tried looking through Claudius's mvc sound rips but he doesnt have it...does he say this or not!?

I've heard him say it in a win pose, that's about it... But his intro, he yells "Change, Commando"!!!

I never heard someone saying that. I remember he says "I AM CAPTAIN COMMANDO" in the MvC ending and his original game.

Oh its easy dude, to make him say that in MVC just beat the game with all perfects and after you defeat Onslaughts second form he says "I am, Captain Commando" as a winpose.

Or you could get kawaks, go into MvC's sound config and search through it for the sound, and log it to wav. Thats what I would do

He says "changing,Commando" at his intro,and i played recently MVC but i couldn´t get that winning pose.Anyway,Splode´s Cap Commando says it in one of his winning pose...so...
