Does Mugen work on Vista?

I am thinking about buying a new PC,and all the best ones have Vista already installed.

So how does Mugen run on Vista?

I was at my friends house the other day playing MUGEN and we tried to make a video. When We Played the video back it had us talking and his grandmother on the phone.

you should of disabled the microphone!......

XP also does that using Snag It...i unplugged the mic and it worked awesome...
and it WORKS fine with Vista...i put it on a new PC with vista on it...

yh i know i disabled it i meant that it records from mic as default
anyway my comp cant record from speakers

Well I could give a rats butt about recording videos, I just wanted to know how it ran.

It runs just fine on mine, and ive been using the most basic version of vista (came with my emachine)
I had some problems at first with music but i tweeked a few settings and now it runs mostly fine, with a few errors here and there caused by some characters (and i usualy remove them when that happens)

Also sendspace has never had a problem for me.. Infact i cant think of a single website that hasnt worked because of my vista.

i guess Vista versions are like a box of random chocolates

Well hopefully when I get my new PC, Mugen will be able to run smoothly

I just hope some of my favorite chars work like
Evil Ryu by Vyn and
God Rugal by The Lord Of Flies

luckily my comp is a vista with XP settings meaning better security and perfect for vids but that's just me... good luck on your new comp cyclysm

well mugen runs very well on vista no problem at all for me
i have vista home premium

well yeah it has no problem running on vista, the only problem i had was the audio but it was a mistake in my part and spidermew helped me out

glad it worked out for you my comp uses sigmatel audio so i think its not possible for me to record sound

I cant record it eather, atleast in the nomral way. I have to tie my headphones to my mic. and put it in a box, and wrap it up with clothing to help filter outside noise.

well fraps records sound from speakers but the full version doesnt work cause of piracy so i cant use it
