Alright! Sorry to keep you all waiting but i just had to let the anticipation build. First of all Thanks to the IMT for such a wonderful party, im part of the best team in the world. If it werent for these guys this character probably wouldnt exist. Ok now that thats out of the way. Here he is! The character everyone demands! (No readme included i didnt have time to make one up)

Ive spent like 2 weeks getting him to where he is now. Its not even the tip of the iceberg yet.

Acey, if u can double time on the IMT link im sure this one will be very overloaded.

Wip topic with attack list to follow after i get some food in my stomach.

I ALSO AM AWARE THAT THE BUSTER IS SPAMMABLE THIS IS AN ALPHA SO MOST THINGS WILL BE FIXED IN THE NEXT RELEASE.

cx its taken this long to properly be put in mugen unlike his other megaman counterpart

that blaster is sooo spamy though xD
Maybe limit to a 3 shot burst or sometime in the next release?

Anyways, overall this is a really good character. I like the saber hyper the most I think...

it would be really cool if he could shoot a charged shot the shoot another charged shot and have it turn into the x1 dole charged shot or the one from x3

His current hyper does do the X3, if you stand back you'll see the two buster shots collide and spread like the Hyper armor's shot.
