If the opponent is push too much he'll miss, all has to do with the size of the character too and collision box.

All Megaman characters will be at that disadvantage because of their short "limbs" so the hit velocity won't be as high.

I think the last kick of the first crouch basic's should send the enemy flying or something like that. It just drop the enemy right in front of him. It doesn't look right to me. Other than that everything looks "Smashing." lol

Thanks.  I decided to give him a different crouch and of course that made the stand to crouch different, and that in turn made his ducking attacks different.

There are lots of software that converts avi & others into gifs. I don't know any that's free. :/

Yeah, probably right about that, but Laspacho and [ E ] are doing work for XR so Fireman will be an excellent addition there for sure.
