whats the best way to record mugen videos

hi every one new guy here i having troube finding the best procram so i can record my mugen battles and the place them on your tube
i have try windows media encoder and cam studio but these procrams slow my computer and mugen   when it comes time to record
i need one that wont slow down every thing when it comes to record

take in mind i dont have a camera -_- so i need procram tha can record my comp. screen  or select it  for recording

also remmeber when youy are recordign try to not use a lot of programs, and reduce yoiur stage and char roster, so it wont use all the ram, and make the video sloppy

Fraps works very welll

Just google it, its a really nice video game recording program and you can take screenshots too, its what I use and its really efficient
