Nobunaga
Gill
God Rugal
Original Zero
Evil Soul
God Orochi

Now out of those, my favorite to fight is Dragon Claw. Other favorites I like to fight are italicized.

My favorite KOF Boss would have to be Krizalid, because no other KOF boss has complicated me so much in a fight as Krizalid has in KOF99. Javatmah from 2K6 came close.
Favorite boss in a SF game, obviously Bison/Vega. Gill was just too weird...
Favorite boss in a Megaman game (any series) would have to be either Cutman, Magma Dragoon, or Megaman Juno
Favorite boss in a Metroid game would be Omega Metroid
Favorite boss in Shinobi III was that bio weapon even though he was really easy (I know most of these chars aren't made for mugen but they're still my favorite bosses).

which would beeee.... Shinobi 2? I never got that far in Revenge of Shinobi, but I did remember it saying that Spiderman is a trademark of Marvel in the beginning of the game.

gosh so many:

White len is awesome. So is Sachiel. Evil Ken has allways been like a boss for me. Nameless one is also wild.

God Orochi pawns all. I am actually working on editing him so he gives you health when he does the one move...

Androide's God Rugal is perfect; his intelligence is not overtly (and overly) cheap like several bosses created for the engine. He's great fun to battle against.

Adolph Hitler (I know he's an unauthorized edit, but I still love beating the hell out of him)
