well his "hollow hole" is at the same place as that hole that one dude made and also his hair was growing and he had that black liquid stuff going on his should so, he's ether going hollow or... dare I say it...

I think that this time could be slightly different...his full hollow transformation will take place,like when he was trying to get control of his inner hollow and his Ichigo's body transformed into a hollow completely

Closest reference up to date is this weeks episode of the anime

But damn...Ishida lost his left hand and is getting owned by Ulquiorra!
And also,he seems to be obssessed with piercing Ichigo's chest(with this time,twice,almost killing him both times)
Now i officially hate that bat dude (i kinda liked him so far,but he had to mess with one of my faves) $\-/o$

Thank god Orihime has restoring powers and can revive him if Ulquiorra kills him(Loly and Menoly,remember her?one of them died twice)

Nice!

Ichigo's new form reminds me of the head exequias / executioner. He still looks cool though imo. He's got some weird furry things on his wrists, ankles, and around his neck. This raises some questions about what Ichigo's origins are or where his power comes from though. Ulquiorra is baffled at where Ichigo's power comes from, how he can do a cero for a human. His dad was a high level regular shinigami, his mom a human, so ....what's the deal with Ichigo? Maybe his mom wasn't completely human after all? Or Ichigo's dad was also caught up in the hollow incident of the previous captains? Or Urahara's training of Ichigo just kind of flipped some kind of switch in Ichigo so that he's been part Hollow ever since? Ichigo does have his little inner evil twin, but is this new form of Ichigo's really his complete take over of Ichigo? It doesn't seem like it, since he's tried to come out before already and was in complete control when he fought Byakuya...

Actually come to think of it, Ulquiorra doesn't know that Ichigo's dad was a shinigami. And if the shinigami captains from the past were turned into hollows, I guess that doesn't rule out Ichigo either, though he was born in the human world by a shinigami father in an artificial gigai. Does that mean his baby juice was artificial juice infused with some of his spirit power?

Anyway...damnit when will we see the Vizards fight again

probably,this is a complete hollow take over,where Ichigo's conciousness is very diminished while the hollow is the dominant,as he didn't say a word when Ulquiorra talked to him
The things you are talking about are what's left of his Zangetsu outfit during Bankai,Ulquiorra owned him so bad with the Cero Oscuro(imo it's the correct translation,as Cero is taken as a male noun in spanish) that it ripped his clothes badly
Also notice that he has pointy fingers in feet and hands(resemble to claws)
If you watched this week's episode of the anime,this would totally fit as a complete hollowfication

I agree,his new mask resembles that exequias leader indeed(can't remember his name atm)
