This is a tut on how to rip sprites from the CPS3 emulator.

No.

The version of Mame Freedom has is a hacked Mame.exe made just for ripping cps3 sprites.
If I am not mistaken, [E]dgar was the guy who hacked it. This was done a few months after Cps3 emulation was possible.
