why some stages play MP3 songs very loud while others not, can anyone help me?

Check the stages def for the volume.

also sometimes the quality of the mp3 has something to do with it at times

that or do what I do and use Windows Movie Maker to either increase or decrease the volume of MP3 songs, save em as a new file (wma), then convert back to MP3, proceeding to replacing the previous file

or change the bitrate of the song all together using this program that I found to be useful.  http://www.bestsoftware4download.com/software/t-free-alt-mp3-bitrate-converter-download-xxllzkyt.html
