How to get rid of multiple shades of one color [VID]

.. much easier way, just replace the duplicate pink colors for black(in the pallet)
..

or when you apply the sprite to its own pallet in ff, just make the pallet only have 1 pink color.

all that other program and stuff is kind of a time waster.
