Hyper Combos on a GC gamepad?

I bought a GameCube controller yesterday with a converter. It plays fine and all but...

I was wondering if its possible to have the Hyper Combos set to the directions of the C stick like CvS2 was for the GC?

Id there just a normal option where I can change it too that or do I have to go into each individual char file and change the configuration to correspond to the controller?

yeah but i was thinkin if i could go into option or config and change a butto to a C stick direction then maybe...(obviously havent tried it yet) :-X

I'm surprised it works at all..my reccomendation is to just use a 360 controller..it was designed for USE WITH a pc

should save ya a lot of time setting up..

That converter does not allow you to switch from the Analog controls to the D-Pad. I've tried it with my GC & PS2 controls and got nothing. Another problem is that I cannot open the settings to even see if I can change it or not. I'm goin back to my Saitek control. Atleast it switches between Analog/FPS/D-Pad.

*good thing i go 'em both for less than $10

He said it works, but he wasnt's to set the controlls up like in CVS2 where you can tilt the analog to do a super move.

still, I reccomend buying a 360 controller, it's easier..no port needed, it already plugs into a PC & whatnot

saves time & money buying other stuff to port stuff

  Sadly, XBX & GC were the last two consoles I had. Ive never even had my hands wrapped around a 360 controller. I doubt I'd like it either cause I like the original XBX control not the S-Type. I was fon of the DC conrols too. Both fit my big hands.

oh if you had used an xbox controller YOU WILL LOVE THE 360 CONTROLLER! TRUST me..it's SO cool and feels SO natural and SO good!! I love it!
