i´ve had enough with reality shows,in here we had Big Brother,Survivor(the original,and a home made version i believe),Popstars(locally,for both male and female pop group) and currently we have 4 nights a week "dancing with stars",in the most pathetic version...the only real thing i know about A.I is Simon Cowell(the bad boy )

Well when your married with kids like some of us, getting your azz off the couch at 9pm isnt always possible. You're kinda stuck while the kid, or kids are sleeping.

I do agree that reality TV is out of hand. That being said David Cook is the best of the group. He really put a lot of thought into his Neil Diamond versions, even doing the voice a little. I thought they brought some youth into the mans songs. Its what I wish Rick Rubin was doing with Neils new album, but alas Rick Rubin appears to be copying the formula he used with Johnny Cash, based on last nights performance.

I didnt mean to come off like I took it offensive, I was just saying as much as Id love to get out, its just not possible. Now I dont have an excuse for watching it instead of a movie, its just the slub of a rut us married folks get into where we'll watch anything just to relax

I'm not really an American Idol fan. It's just, I don't really see the hype in all of it.
Also, that show gets parodied so much it's not even funny. The show seems rather overrated to me. Same with America's next top model (which got parodied in GTAIV).

I only watched Season 2, which I'm glad Ruben won.
