you can use irfanview to resize the image and make it 256 colors then open it with fighter factory repleacing the actual one and thas all

Which portrait the small one or the big one?

If you open the sff of the character group and image no of the small is 9000,0 and the big is 9000,1 if you replace those with another protrait then it will show your own portrait.
