Sammy VS Capcom Is it possible?

Well Do you think it's possible to have a Sammy Vs Capcom out of Mugen?I mean not just get a random screenpack and gather the characters stages and BGM neccesary and then call it Sammy Vs Capcom.But I'm just saying.I mean Capcom and Sammy are totally different.I mean Sammy's Characters have one hit KO attacks Capcom Doesn't.Capcom has Super Combo Cancels Sammy doesn't.So is it possible for a good Sammy Vs Capcom to exist?I'm just asking I'm not making it or expecting anyone too.Just asking and do you think Capcom and Sammy would at least try again on making the game?

Well I know about the Incident.But what if Capcom would reconsider?Probably not.But a Sammy Vs Capcom Made out of Mugen would be nice.But the Advantages and Disadvantages and the stuff that both franchises have the other doesn't have is the only issue of why it won't be good if made from mugen.

Personally I'd Love to make it out of mugen.I just don't know how to make screenpacks and code the characters properly not to mention I doubt most of the creators are even online anymore so I can't get all of their permission.I just wish Capcom wouldn't only think of themselves.If they REALLY cared about the fans they would've went on with it.It just goes to show you that the comapnies don't give a D@mn about the fans.Only themseleves and that's sad.But then again it's not like they have to make it because the fans asked them to.But then they'd lose fans then money then business.
