Being a huge Legacy of Kain fan, this does look interesting, but I doubt it's real. Those graphics look too old for a new game, unless it's a fan made game. I mean if Crystal Dynamics was to make a new game they would use the latest graphics. If it were real then it is obviously a prequel since Raziel was imprisoned in the Soul Reaver blade at the end of Defiance. This is Raziel before he was tossed into the abyss by Kain. Would be interesting to see that part of Nosgoths history when Raziel was resurrected by Kain and served as one of his lieutenants. I really do wish for a sequel to Defiance though, I'm curious as to what Kain's true destiny is and what will happen with his conflict with the Hylden and the Elder God (too bad Tony Jay died, the voice of the Elder God). This is one of the most epic and engrossing game series of all time and the voice acting was always top notch and awesome. I haven't heard anything of a sequel or a prequel of any sort, I hope Defiance wasn't the last in the series.

i'm totally agree with you this is one of the best games ever made not an avrage game to pass by
it makes you wanna contenue the story right after you finish it
i'm an adventure games fan, mysteries, point and click, mostly games that involves big stories, adventurer feeling lots of reading and twists.
anyway i got some info.
this is a hacked version of (vampire the masquerade blood lines) with added raziel some how
still there was indeed a plan for a 6th game in the series but.
but apparently eidos never liked the numbers of defiances sales.
also Amy Hennig the creator of the series left Crystal Dynamics and now she is at Naughty Dog (crash Bandicoot games lol)
yeah tony jay was a great voice actor.

I figured it was either a fake or a hack of some sort. Yeah, the sales of Defiance were not that good, too bad because it was an awesome game. Pretty much the series is dead I guess with Tony Jay dead and Amy Hennig leaving the company. This sucks because I'm just gonna be left in suspense at where the story was headed. Such a d@mn good series while it lasted though.

yeah i wanted more of the legacy of kain.
i'm so disappointed with eidos really..
tomb raider angel of darkness sucked but but they managed to come back with better tomb raider games it died for a while..i hope they do the same with legacy of kain

I never liked the Tomb Raider games and never cared for Eidos really, but if someone does decide to take over and bring the Kain series back they better do their homework on the whole mythos of Nosgoth and put some new twists in the storyline. As long as Kain remains the bad@$$ he is I'll be happy.

the creators of god of war would be the best choice after crystal dynamics
they would know what to do with kain and the story
still that will never happen :-w

True, they could probably do something interesting with the series, but since the whole Kain series didn't sell well I doubt it will be coming back :(

anyone hear about the chibi game they were supposed to so? it was a big joke, like a jet set radio graffiti game with chibi versions of characters. you can play as the little raziel and kain in Defiance with a cheat. i forget the name, it was something in latin.

VAE VICTUS!
They still have lots to explain, like how Vorador ressurected in BO2.
And I guess they could tell more about some lesser characters, like the guardiand of the pillars, and some guys like William the Just and Elzevir.

Eidos isn't actually a bad company.
They did some work with Square Soft on Final Fantasy VII and VIII
Then they made perhaps my favorite Eidos series is Fear Effect.
They also did the Hitman games.
Legacy of Kain was awesome and I do want a sequel (or a prequel, I loved Blood Omen 2).
Then there's Timesplitters, and the Thief series.
The first two Tomb Raiders were okay, but after that the series turned to crap, and I just wont bother touching anything with the name Tomb Raider on it.

i totally recommend the latest 2 tomb raider games hands down?
the last one is actually a remake of tomb raider one so at least you know how that is

I hate TR so much I won't even touch the first two games anymore.
I tried to watch the second movie, but I fell asleep after the first ten minutes. (I tried watching it a few times and had the same result). Sorry, but I don't touch TR anymore. :-??
