does anyone know were i can find some tutorials on how to make characters

look in your mugen docs folder.

no limit winmugen->docs

Once you go through tutorials, examine the files in Kung Fu Man's folder. Believe it or not, his cns. & cmd files are great as templates for getting your hands dirty when creating a chaacter. The coding's simple and easy to understand what does what (with enough practice).

cool man good luck my first char is gonna be a bruce lee based off of  fei-long (kinda ironic since fei-long was based on bruce lee lol) im about to go to sea (im in the navy)  for at least 3 months in sept. so i should have a lot of time to spend on the him

ps infinity if my account goes dormant for 3 months please dont suspend it lol
