Title: Best Beat'em Up in MUGEN engine?

Since OpenBOR is too difficult to understand with proper tutorials and tools (which are really difficult to find), I'm seeking help to know which is the best (or the most stable/well coded) Beat'em'up game made with MUGEN (I've heard about that but I've never tried myself), so I can later contact the author and ask him if I can use his code but with my graphics (and possibly coding edits).
Anyone know anything useful for this task? Thank you in advance.

Try O Ilu or Zvitor or Electro!!! There was another guy who was making a Marvel bor game too but I forgot his name!!  :)

I just remember the name of the creator I mentioned above! Its rafhot!!  :)
